Alarko Gotion Green Energy was established in 2025 as a joint venture with 60% ownership by Altek Alarko, a subsidiary of Alarko Group, and 40% ownership by Gotion Singapore, a subsidiary of Gotion Group.

The company's main activities include the design, engineering, research and development, software development, production, after-sales maintenance and repair services, and recycling operations of rechargeable lithium-ion cells and energy storage systems.
